The roof panel (A) should be even with the glass weatherstrip (B), to within 0+1/-1 mm (0+0.04/-0.04 in)   all the way around, and the weatherstrip should evenly touch the roof panel at the front and rear. If not, make the following adjustment:

0+1/-1 mm(0+0.04/-0.04 in)AB
  1. Remove the bracket cover.

  1. Adjust the glass (A).

    1. Slightly loosen the screws with a TORX T25 bit.

    1. Move the glass up or down.

    1. Tighten all screws securely.

  2. FrontAFastener Locations? : Screw, 25 x 0.8 mm4.2 N·m(0.43 kgf·m, 3.1 lbf·ft)
  3. If necessary, repeat on the opposite side.


  1. Reset the moonroof control unit.

  1. Check for water leaks. Let the water run freely from a hose without a nozzle. Do not use high-pressure water.

    NOTE: It is normal for some water to seep past the moonroof into the moonroof frame, and exit through the drains.
