Special Tools Required

  • KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014
  • *Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard or the related parts.

  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

  1. Remove the driver's middle panel (A).

    1. Pull out the panel to detach the clips (B, C).

    1. For some models: Disconnect the power sliding door switch connector (D), the driver's power tailgate switch connector or driver's power tailgate/parking and back-up sensor switch connector (E), the VSA OFF switch connector/BSI OFF switch connector (F), and the VSA OFF switch connector (G).

  2. Fastener LocationsB ? : Clip, 5AC ? : Clip, 1CBBBBBDEFG
  3. Install the panel in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

    • If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

    • Make sure each connector is plugged in properly.

    • Push the clips into place securely.
